You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.


  • Can I pay by card?

Yes, you can pay by card online or over the phone in advance. Alternatively, pay by PayPal online when using our online booking form or give your driver cash when they arrive.

  • Will my driver meet me at the arrivals bay?

Usually, when you book an airport taxi or minibus with us, the driver will park in a convenient location and then get in touch with you to let you know how you can recognise them. We do offer a meet and greet service, but an extra charge may apply: get in touch with us if you wish to discuss this.

  • How far in advance do I need to make my booking?

When booking online, make sure to make your booking at least 24 hours before you want the taxi to come and pick you up. If you need to book at shorter notice, give us a phone call.

  • Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, you can- just call us or get in touch with us via our live online chat.

  • Why do you need my flight number?

We need this so that we can monitor your flight and adjust your taxi pickup time if the flight is delayed. We will do this for you for free as long as we have the flight number.

  • Can I open a corporate account?

Yes, you can – simply send us a message via our online booking form and then we will contact you to discuss opening the account within 24 hours.
